About the Journal

Journal of Political Studies is an open access, peer-reviewed, and refereed journal published by the Department of Political Science, University of the Punjab, Lahore. The journal is ranked in Y-category by Higher Education Commission, Islamabad and included in HJRS (https://hjrs.hec.gov.pk/index.php). All contents are freely available without charges to the user or his/her institution. The journal published under Creative Common License 4.0. The readers are allowed to search, read, download, copy, print, or link to the full texts of the articles published in Journal of Political Studies (http://pu.edu.pk/home/journal/6 ) without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Focus and Scope
Journal of Political Studies is a Double Blind Peer Reviewed; Open Access Journal published bi-annually by the Department of Political Science, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan using the OJS Software. The aim of the journal is to provide readers and students of Political Science and International Relations; articles, review articles and policy papers on themes of contemporary domestic, regional and international issues with particular reference to Pakistan's politics, society and culture. Journal of Political Studies first published in 2000. It is bi-annual journal and issues are released on the 1st of June and December.
